The Design And Implementation Of The "BaiXingShi,MaShangBan" Service Platform

The development and popularization of the internet and computer technologies influence the way of human being's life. The development of computer technology leads that people can have his own personal computer by low price, and the development of internet leads the cost of connecting to internet is acceptable. Basing on these two advantages, much more people adheres to the internet. Hence many innovations are proposed, like e-business, email, network media, online education, online game and online video and so on. Especially, the wireless communication and mobile terminal as smartphone speed up the fusion of traditional services and internet, which produces a lots of new industries and services. E-government is a fresh model of processing the affairs, which is a combination of traditional affairs and internet.The network service platform proposed in this paper is a service oriented e-government platform. The service platform proposed in this paper provides the services like: propagandizing laws and codes, accepting complaints and suggestions, answering consultations.During the investigation of this project we collected a lots of functional and non-functional requirements by communication with the government officials. But these set of requirements are distributed in many aspects, thus we cannot organized them together in a single service platform. Hence we have to analyze and filter the set of requirements. Basing on the result of our requirement analyzation, we choose Browser-Server structure as underlying of our service platform and design the software structure as a layer structure. We define the functions and interfaces of every module. After completing the design, our programmer's team work on coding. By unit test, module test and integration test, development team improve the program and check whether the function is correct.Via the research on this topic, I have a profound understanding on the theories of software development. Although we have achieved the excepted goals, there are still existing a few shortcomings. And we will make it better in our future work.
