In the development process of make full use of the theory of software engineering, using the ASP. Net development language, using UML modeling tools with the use case diagram, flow diagram and the class diagram are designed,including the realization of the user login, desktop systems, personal office,administrative office, and so on a number of system function, and in the implementation phase of the system uses the MVC design pattern with the browser/ server architecture for the system design, and the use of the visual studio 2010 as a development environment, with SQL Server 2014 as the background database. In addition in the system testing phase for perfecting the design of test cases through the function of each module of the system were comprehensive and rigorous testing.This paper in the various stages of system development are combined with the idea of software engineering design, and give the detailed introduction and theelaboration, after the completion of system development by test of deployment and internal in the school, the system has good user experience and stability, and easy to upgrade and maintenance, the database has faster response speed and higher data security. At present, the system has been formally launched in the school's teaching and in good condition.
