The communication between vehicles tends to exhibit intermittent and no reliable connectionfor the dynamic changes in topology in the logistics communication, resulting in less efficient andmore difficult to achieve safety. The network of logistics is regarded as the Vehicle Delay TolerantNetwork which is an extension of the DTN in the logistics application. Thus, the traditional DTNrouting protocols may refer to a certain resistance.In this paper, we will study the data transmission protocols between vehicles in the VDTN.Multi-copies of flooding routing and single-copy of network coding routing are introduced in thelogistics scenarios. Furthermore, we optimize them in means of messages forwarding and encodingapproaches respectively. Thus, the efficiency and safety of communication routing protocol betweenvehicles are improved. At the same time, we can reach a high level of information in the logisticstransportation.Firstly, Encounters-based Quote Forwarding Routing optimization algorithm(EBQFR) ispresented in this paper in order to make up for the blindness in forwarding of the traditional DTNmulti-copy routes in the logistics scenarios. EBQFR is the optimization of quota-based routingalgorithm belonging to DTN multi-copy route. Then malicious and selfish nodes can be avoidedfrom the perspective of node energy analysis. Furthermore, this algorithm achieves the property ofanti-DoS attack.Secondly, despite EBQFR has achieved some improvments in network performanceparameters, its good output is not ideal. Thus, we introduce the up-to-date routing technique ofnetwork coding which is based on single-copy routing. In this paper, we further optimize problemof linear correlation coding packets in the logistics applications of network coding by proposing theCoding-packet Redundancy based on Summary Vector Optimization Algorithm (CRSVOA).Finally, the performance of the proposed algorithms is evaluated by the ONE tool which cansimulate real logistics environment. In this paper, EBQFR and CRSVOA are evaluated in the securecommunication environment and the malicious communication environment. And the maliciouscommunication environment includes DoS attacks, packet pollution attacks and selfish behaviour.Experiment results demonstrate that these two algorithms applied in the logistics communicationprocess can reach a better performance compared with the traditional DTN algorithms.
