Research About The Children Maker Sevice Platfom Base On Individual Requirements

In recent years, the topic of maker has become a hot word, more and more children participate in the maker. Besides, the demand for maker service system is also growing and enlarging, but most maker online services in our country are still in the first stage at present, lacking of enough practices and researches about the maker. In this thesis, by exploring user-centered design concept to guide the maker and the possibility of system optimization, guided by the demands of individuation of the maker and the necessity of online customer service system, forming the design of strategy for the children's real needs. And it aims to subdivide the different needs of different types of users and analysis to them from kind of dimensions. By doing researches on qualitative and quantitative, we get the research conclusions that we figure out the demands of the generality and the individuality and it provides data supports for the practical design part and also sets up with children's real demands as the core and maker system.Based on the personalized needs of maker, its online customer service system of design value which is not only from the use of habits and user experience more convenient and coincides to the expectations, it is more important for children to provide flexible display system and learning system, developing children's study enthusiasm towards maker in order to expand the scale of maker of online education which makes the "maker" word owns more social value.
