The Design And Implementation Of Industrial Explosive Project Safety Supervision And Management System For Shandong Province

With the economic and social development, there are more and more social problems. Among them, explosive materials are the most dangerous thing that endanger people's lives and production safety, which is so-called civil explosion project. Civil explosion project has been the most troublesome security regulatory issue of Shandong provincial government and some relevant departments. But with the development of information technology, there is a new solution for civil explosion project management. The civil explosion sector would like to use information technology to achieve a safety supervision system for civil explosive project within the scope of Shandong Province to solve safety supervision problem of civil explosion project.The system used class diagram, timing diagram and algorithm flow chart to design the functions of explosive materials management, safety supervision, blasting project management and statistical inquiry. The E-R model was used to design the conceptual structure of the database system. The implementation of the system adopted B/S network architecture, Java language, SSH open source technology framework, and was under the guidance of MVC design pattern. The system database was Microsoft SQL Server 2014.The functions of the system included explosive materials management, safety supervision, blasting project management and statistical inquiry. Explosive materials management implemented explosive materials inquiry, abnormal explosive materials inquiry and storage management. Safety supervision implemented the management of picking up and handing in explosive materials, blasting case, blasting incident, routine inspection, illegal registration, deadline for rectification, suspension, and abnormal in-out stock records. Blasting project management implemented blasting project blasting contract records, blasting contract records inquiry, blasting project entry, blasting project application inquiry, blasting project records, and blasting project records inquiry. Statistical inquiry implemented the statistics of the total amount of explosives produced, the total amount of explosives sold, the number of explosives sold from this province to others, cases of endangering public safety, criminal cases of dangerous explosives, explosion accidents, daily job information, customizing task inquiry, the total amount of explosives used, and public order cases.Shandong Province Civil Explosion Project Safety Supervision Management System can improve the management level and efficiency of safety supervision for civil explosion project, provide a well technical support platform for the province-wide civil explosion project management, and purify the environment of safety supervision management.
