In the thirteenth "five year plan",the state continue to increase investment in the field of infrastructure construction, as well as the continuous implementation of the western development strategy, the national macroeconomic environment will has brought an important opportunity for the development of China’s engineering blasting industry. In our country, the construction industry has been developed for many years, and has made great progress in the basic theory and application. On the whole, the construction and development of engineering blasting information technology is still relatively small, and the relevant standards and specifications are not perfect. The development of information technology, intelligent equipment, intelligent security supervision and information network technology is relatively backward. And domestic blasting engineering computer aided design and information management were in rock blasting as the research object, as a result of the demolition blasting effect factors are complex and diverse, at present of the demolition blasting of the intelligent management system haven’t in-depth study.With BIM project management idea, the practical blasting engineering management system is studied and developed by Visual Basic as the basic development tool.In this system, LS-DYNA was used to simulate the explosion process.The main function modules include:system settings module, project management module, graphic data preprocessing module, blasting the structure and the medium module definition, unit consumption of explosive calculation module, the blasting result output module, practical calculation tool module. It make some useful exploration and attempt for further research.The basic principles of blasting technology, the relevant codes, empirical formulas and engineering examples are used to obtain the parameters of blasting design (such as the parameters of the medium, the number of holes, the number of units, etc.), and the efficiency and quality of blasting engineering design and management are greatly improved.LS-DYNA is used to simulate the finite element mesh of solid structure, thin wall structure and fluid solid coupling. The numerical simulation of the explosion process is carried out, and the results can be displayed by 3D animation. According to the simulation, the design of blasting technology scheme can be optimized in time.Blasting Engineering Management System is used in a dangerous emergency blasting engineering in Nanchang for rapid design and management. Within limited time,the design and construction of blasting scheme was completed, and blasting effect is controlled within a predetermined range. It is proved that the system has strong practicability.
