The specific functions are establishment of the opening of the new license application, resume operation project, replacement and update of certificate, closure and open, business ending, information modification, reduce the scope of business, retypecertificate, query transaction record and annual verification, as well as the application for car capacity, query of capacity of the vehicle, capacity index management and recycling the right of management, continuance the right of management, distribution of capacity index, allocation the right of management and annual verification.
