Transport of urban and rural passenger in early Tai'an city are developing slowing due to traffic management. The problems between individual participation and passenger transport business emerge in endlessly, which leads to poor people travel, and causes safety problems frequently, and makes the masses suffer a lot. The government in Tai'an City graduallystrengthens the construction of urban and rural passenger transport in recent years, with the increasing of public transport and routes, the residents could travel conveniently and more visitors appear in the scenic region. But the pressure of management of passenger transport goes high. How to manage the participations, public transportation, route planning in an effectively and scientific way becomes the new problem.Therefore, management system for urban and rural passenger transport in Tai'an City arises at the historic moment. This system is aiming at solving a series of problems appearing in Tai'an City urban and rural passenger transport passenger transportation, it's a routing management system, and the system solved the problem during the informatization of the process of urban and rural passenger transport business management. We adopts B/S architecture, SSH framework and Ajax technology to develop the system. It's unnecessary to install any software on the PC end on B/S architecture, users can visit the web site and enter the system through the browser; SSH framework could help designers to design a Web application with the clear structure and strong reusability, easy to maintenance in a short period of time, which greatly saved the cost of development; In the front end we use Ajax technology characteristics to locallyrefreshin real-time, which increase the interactivity and at the same time improve the user experience, besides part of the data can be processed on the client, no need to sending the data to the server, thus reduce the pressure of the server.We designed business on the taxi management, management of city bus, car rental management, and implements management of users of vehicle rental business, management of vehicle and corresponding right of usage, management of urban public transport, management of bus lines, management of bus, user management of car rental business and management of rental car. The specific functions are establishment of the opening of the new license application, resume operation project, replacement and update of certificate, closure and open, business ending, information modification, reduce the scope of business, retypecertificate, query transaction record and annual verification, as well as the application for car capacity, query of capacity of the vehicle, capacity index management and recycling the right of management, continuance the right of management, distribution of capacity index, allocation the right of management and annual verification. Besides the functions also include the allocation, change, termination and query of bus lines.This system hasscientific modules is clear, is simple to use, which make the staff have a clear division of responsibilities. According to a series of operations in the system, it cloud provide improve the employee's work efficiency greatly during the handle of business and process cycle, it also brings great convenience for the masses, and improve the quality of the service. In fact, we can say that this system help the government in Tai' an City to manage the urban and rural passenger transport with informationization way.
