Research And Analysis On The Management Information System Of Zunyi Medical College

As the enrollment expansion of ZunYi Medical College, the number of the students is increasing year by year, which makes the information of the league members change rapidly. Meanwhile, the management is shorthanded, relatively backward, inefficient and lack of confidential measures.All makes the management more difficult. Under this condition, it becomes an important and urgent task for ZunYi Medical College to figure out how to do the management work systematically and efficiently.The paper introduces the research background, the present research and application of the league member management system of Zunyi Medical College; it also clearly presents the content and main task of the research. The paper analyzes the existing problems in the system, the organization, the involved staff, the related procedures, and then proposes a modified procedure, including the member development, personal file transferring, membership dues, member assessment, member punishment and member activity; In functional analysis, the paper clearly shows the system function through the analysis and description of the exact cases; the system’s overall function diagram and the branch diagrams which contains of the management of member development, personal file transferring, membership dues, member praise, member punishment and member activity. In data analysis, the paper analyzes the data that is needed to be handled by all the system functions; and shows exact diagrams in details; set up the structures of the related database tables. At the end of the paper, it summarizes the research work and generally presents its further work.With the research and analysis of the league member management system of Zunyi Medical College, this new system is expected to solve the problems which the college face in the league member management; to enhance its work and break through the usual management limits. The application of the new system will have significant and practical effect on the league member management work of Zunyi Medical College.
