Items involved to effectively solve the problems of management and the work involved in the standardization of materials management, materials management is a major aspect involved prone to crime and public security in the law enforcement process, the public security organs also strive to practice the "people-oriented, law enforcement people" concept, further promote fair and honest law enforcement and law enforcement standardization, the specific content of the construction of a harmonious community relations. Therefore, strengthening management systems involving goods work is very necessary and important. In this thesis, Xiaoshan District Public Security Bureau management of items involved, first of all given the background, the significance of the project and current status of research, defined the main content and thesis work; principle of the method followed by the use of software engineering for the system needs analysis, business analysis, this paper UML modeling activity diagram drawing tool in Xiaoshan District Public Security Bureau involved in the original article management system and the problems analyzed, and optimized business processes, to conduct a feasibility analysis; functional analysis, thesis, registration information management to optimize the use case diagrams and package diagrams to describe the system after the assessment of information management, information storage management, a database of information management, the return of information management, destruction of information management, user management, log management and rights management functions; in the data analysis, we use the class diagram describes the data structure of each part of the goods involved in the management system, gives the entity class diagram and the establishment of a database table structure; and finally, the paper summarizes research done, and the prospect of further research work.
