The Design And Implementation Of Vocational College Students Employment Information Management System

In recent years, with increasing number and expanding size of vocational schools, theannual number of graduates is with corresponding increases, which is unavoidable to bringa lot of pressure to the school students’ employment. Through vocational informationmanagement system, our school employment is to improve the impact of vocationalguidance; an employment-building effort is to promote standardization of scientific andeffective management and improve vocational graduates work for accuracy andtimeliness.The main parts of this paper are the followings:1) In this paper，I give an overall needs’ analysis and design of the vocationalgraduates’ employment information management system. In the process of needs’analyzing, the modern software engineering based on the analysis methodology has beentaken in. We make use of the main functions of the system with the Unified modelinglanguage (UML) as the analyzing and designing description language. As for the systemsanalysis and implementation architecture design, we elaborate in detail with activitydiagrams and flowcharts.2) The core idea of the database system is to control the permissions of the users inorder to realize their role management, and the users do not need to directly bind theirauthority to the database. It’s the task of the system administrator to maintain the role list,to set permissions of the columns to each role, then assign the roles to the users. Thesystem users will be judged whether they have a current operating column when they tryto access a section. If the user has the authorization, he will have the right to operate thedatabase.3) This employment information management system takes Browser/Servertechnique with Java server pages designing language. The constructed system has beenbased on SQL Server2005database to ensure data integrity and reliability.This employment information management system establishes a multi-channelinteraction platform in order to make it convenient for the communications betweenstudents and employers so that students can go to the companies faster and easier.
