Design And Implementation Of Logistics Information Platform For Grain And Oil Enterprises Based On ERP

As a well-known grain and oil enterprises,in recent years the enterprise informatization of Jiusan grain and oil industry group Co.Ltd has made considerable development,a series of on-line information systems,especially the ERP,procurement system,logistics system,has driven the rapid development of business group.The annual shipments of Jiusan logistics group's are huge,how to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of logistics business logistics,improve customer service quality,construct logistics center data by means of informationization,provide data support not production,marketing and other business sectors,become the urgent problem.Logistics information management system is developed under such a background.In this paper,based on the logistics business of the Jiusan group,we have developed a logistics information management system which can meet the needs of the group's soybean transportation business,sales and shipping business and bidding.This paper has mainly done the following work: According to the type variety of logistics shipping group,first the group's logistics business was constructed according to the design demand analysis,The overall framework of the system and the design of the meta model are constructed,and the data interface of ERP and Web in Service system is studied.Finally,based on the above research,this paper designs and implements the system according to the needs of the logistics business of Jiusan grain and oil industry group.At present,the system is running well in the group of Jiusan.1.Sorted out the needs of the logistics business of the Jiusan group,including the bidding,soybean transportation business,sales and shipping business,and the reconstruction of process.2.Based on ERP,the framework of logistics information system of grain and oil enterprises was constructed.The role of the logistics information system is divided into the group staff,the department of logistics management,the carrier and the customer.Frame structure is divided into basic information,bidding management,sales and shipping,shipping and statistical statements.The basic information of the system includes the carrier,the dealer,the product information source ERP system,Web Service is used in the data interface.The framework has the advantages of good expansibility,low coupling degree between the layers of the design,so that each layer can run independently,avoid ing that the utility model can not be carried out because the prior business is not smooth.Based on the subjective and objective evaluation index,the evaluation is carried out by means of price,punctuality,transportation quality and service attitude.3.The logistics information system model is designed.According to the analysis of the above model,the logistics platform meta model is designed.Including the basic data model,the bidding management model,the sales and transportation management model,the soybean transportation model.4.Detailed study of the technologies which sales system needs to achive,including Web Service,rights management and the study of these technologies as the main technical means.
