With the progress of the times,the logistics industry plays a very important role as a bridge between sellers and buyers and between cities.Once troubles occur,the transportation efficiency of goods will be affected,and the operating cost of logistics enterprises will be increased,even the brand of enterprises will be negatively impacted.At the same time,driven by the Internet blossoming,how to change the original industrial structure and achieve internal reform and innovation with the rapid integration of high-tech and traditional logistics enterprises has become an urgent problem for logistics enterprises.Therefore,driven by logistics enterprise actual demand,ante international logistics company needs a set of informative,convenient and visual management system,which can arrange all the links in the logistics business management from Beijing to Nanjing to save the operating costs of the enterprise and improve the level of logistics services to customers.Firstly,this paper fully analyzes the background of the topic and the development in the world.It also includes the research aim and technology selection for the system.Secondly,this paper's work is the requirements analysis of the customer service and salesman subsystems,including system overview,system roles,functional and non-functional requirements.Then in preliminary design section,this paper introduces the subsystem from the following aspects:the overall framework,the functional modules design,the database design,the interface design and so on.Based on the above analysis,the key implementation details of the module are illustrated by flow diagram,class diagram,sequence diagram and so on.Finally,the subsystem built in this paper will be tested to verify whether the system meets the expected requirements in terms of function and performance.In the end,this paper designs and implements the customer service and salesman subsystems in intelligent special line logistics system.The backend is developed with the framework of SSM.The front-end is developed with the framework of Vue.js.And the APP is developed with Android.In addition,this subsystem uses ECharts to implement cross-platform chart display.The paper mainly aims at customer service and salesman to solve the problem,such as logistics management information set,operations management,shipment status tracking,goods alerts and so on.It also provides enterprise operation dashboard for the managers,which can reduce the enterprise operating costs and realize intelligent business distribution and overall planning.
