Research On VoLTE Voice Quality And Inheritance Of Intelligent Network Services Based On IMS

VoLTE(Voice over Long Term Evolution)is a kind of data transmission technology based on LTE network,achieves the voice and data transmission in the same network by accessing the IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem)network,integrates voice services and other multimedia services as well as internet services,provides more abundant services experience than ordinary voice services.Therefore,it can be used as a solution for 4G voice services.But after using VoLTE technology as the solution of 4G voice services,the quality of VoLTE voice services and the inheritance of intelligent network services based on the basic voice services have become a problem to be considered.Therefore,a detailed analysis of the implement scheme of VoLTE is made in the thesis,and test the voice quality of VoLTE,and test the inheritance capability of the intelligent network services after adopting the VoLTE scheme in detail based on LTE network.Firstly,the VoLTE network architecture and VoLTE voice encoding are analyzed in this thesis,and the voice quality of VoLTE is tested by building a test platform of voice quality and writing a voice quality test case,included voice quality test of AMR-NB(Adaptive Multi-Rate)at different encoding,voice quality test of AMR-WB(Adaptive Multi-rate-Wideband)at different encoding,Vo LTE services and OTT(Over The Top)services comparison test.Compared the effects of different AMR-NB encoding and different AMR-WB encoding on voice quality,and the voice quality of VoLTE and OTT services is also compared and analyzed at the same time.Secondly,a test environment of VoLTE intelligent network is built in this thesis,and the intelligent network services of VoLTE is tested by building a test platform of intelligent network services and writing a voice quality test case,included the main users are both LTE test,the calling is 2G/3G user but the called is LTE user test,the main users are both LTE but the called is call blocking test,assessed the inheritance of VoLTE intelligent network services.The results of VoLTE voices quality test and intelligent network services test show that compared with AMR-NB encoding,AMR-WB encoding can provide better voice quality,VoLTE can provide more stable and higher quality voice services than OTT voice,and after the adoption of the VoLTE scheme,intelligent network services can also be well inherited.
