With the trend of global operators promoting data communications,VoLTE(Voice over Time Division-Long Term Evolution)voice bearer service in TD-LTE(Time Division-Long Term Evolution)solution is a key technology for the active transition of the mobile operator's basic network to IP type.In the 2G(second generation network)and 3G(third generation network),the core of the circuit domain and the packet domain core network coexist,respectively responsible for voice services and data services of mobile users.But only the EPC(Evolved Packet Core)network in LTE network can only provide data service for users,and can not provide the carrier for the traditional voice services.Based on user habits considerations,within a few years,the voice business will also provide a larger share of operating income.Thus,in the process of building a large network of China Mobile TD-LTE,how to provide voice services in the network has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the analysis of dual standby terminal,Circuit Switch Fall Back and Voice over LTE,three kinds of voice service implementation,comparative study of difference between the three schemes in principle,implementation difficulty,network deployment,network transformation and other aspects of the extraction of the essential differences between them,and then launched the VoLTE(Voice over LTE)scheme for the optimal selection,and VoLTE scheme and the existing network structure gives the technical path of the network adjustment and transformation of based on mobile network.First,the literature review and data collection,based on data integration on various voice contrast in TD-LTE network solutions,to establish the research direction and research,build a reasonable research framework;secondly,puts forward the recommended scheme for TD-LTE network development,analyzes the Evolved Packet Core network architecture of the TD-LTE network,found the weak links of TD-LTE network and 2G or 3G network,compared to support voice service;according to the technology principle of VoLTE(Voice over LTE),realization means,function characteristics,realization of VoLTE service in TD-LTE network are the existing network transformation plan,according to the analysis of voice service quality in the special area of VoLTE net test poor phenomenon,gives the corresponding solutions the combination of business and verification,the actual operation situation given service quality evaluation method is proposed.In the thesis,on the basis of the theory and the actual situation of a mobile network,gives the design scheme of VoLTE(Voice over LTE)network settings in the network business and network transformation and verified;combined with the VoLTE service after the deployment of network testing problems,the thesis presents a VoLTE based hierarchical optimization method of service quality and service carrying channel.Verify in the target area;in addition,according to the VoLTE service development in the process of customer complaints analysis processing method is proposed to assess the quality of service based on user perception.
