Mobile communication has changed our modern life more than 10 years, the demand required the techniques improved, the network solution was also accompanied by technology improvement and evolution. The mobile communication network is developing in the direction of multi-application, multi service and high quality. Voice is also the most important service by now, so the quality of voice will be the standard of network. In the LTE, VoLTE will be the voice service solution, it will cause the network complex. During the muti-decode actions, the voice quality will be worse than before. In the research of the complex network, AOIP will improve the voice quality. As the application of TrFO and Precondition, we will use a better voice service in the future.The thesis mainly includes the following points:1、Analysis one of the current operator’s network architecture, A interface over IP network will impact the whole network including the improved transmission line and the effect for the network in the future. It will also push the interworking between the VoLTE network and the 2G network.2、In this thesis, the author used the devices and solution of one communication vendor to build the whole IP network.3、Using MOS voice device to test and score all codecs of voice, comparing the differences of the two kinds of A interface will get the network improvement from the theory and the practice.At present, most of the A interface transmission are all TDM line in all operators in our country. Although the technology and the solution are all present, they have not completed the upgrade. According the practice and research of the A interface over IP network, the application of TrFO and the whole IP network, improvement of voice quality has a practical significance to the IP mobile communication network.
