The Design And Implementation Of State Grid Business Activity Monitoring Platform

As the State Grid continues to expand the scale,the larger the organization becomes,the business becomes more and more complex.In the current fierce competition in the market,How to effectively monitor the health of business enterprises,timely detecting of problems in enterprise development,to avoid the risk of these health problems that brought about by the development of enterprises,to ensure the efficient and healthy operation of the enterprises,have become an important issue currently facing businesses.The paper is based on the actual project of Beijing Zhonghua Puhua Company,design and implement the State Grid business process monitoring platform.The business process monitoring platform adopts the online monitoring means to collect the relevant data in the enterprise business system in real time.According to the specific business model and the business index,the business process analysis strategy and the platform are analyzed automatically,and the problems found in the analysis are given related personnel,and then identify the problem by the relevant business personnel,to determine the problem of dealing with the strategy.The main work of this paper includes:Completed the business process monitoring platform needs analysis;designed the platform system architecture,completed the database design;designed and completed the business process monitoring platform for system management,data collection,index calculation,the results of output and other functional modules.Among them,the system management is the basic platform and security of the work of the protection,including the basic settings,system monitoring two modules;The data acquisition module is configured with the data source,the collection template,the collection task scheduling and the acquisition interface of the collected business system.The system automatically collects the data needed in the process monitoring platform from the business system data source according to the configured information timing to the process monitoring platform Of the data center;The index calculation consists of three parts,namely,index template management,index library management and index export;Indicator pre-alarm in the index calculation in the configuration,configure the rules,the implementation of the rules by the engine;The result output sets up the output model for the output data,and then configures the external interface of the output data model.The design and implementation of the business process monitoring platform has been in the State Grid wind control project to do a preliminary verification,so that the State Grid business operations monitoring from the original after the monitoring to real-time monitoring,online monitoring means greatly improved the timeliness of monitoring,So that the problems in the enterprise can be found and circumvented in time to effectively reduce the risk of enterprise development.
