The fast development of telecommunication networks has lead to a situation where networks are becoming large and complicated to manage and analyze. GSM, GPRS, EDGE,3G all are in a network environment, operators are facing challenges on network management and monitoring. At the same time, increasing mobile data services make it more difficult to monitor and analyze network. With this system, operators can know network status more accurately and do troubleshooting on network problems faster, operators also can know the service quality from the end-user perspective, this provide a new perspective analysis and management tools to operator.
