The electric power is the most valuable resource in the society,not only people's daily life,work,all kinds of activities rely on electricity,production and scientific research are also dependent on electricity.The problems of electric power supply will lead to the failure of infrastructure in city lighting system,communication system,water supply system,traffic signal system,seriously affects people's normal order of life.It can be said that human society has been completely dependent on the power system.Nowadays,some electric power users are driven by interest to use improper means to steal electricity,which causes great damage to the national power resources.In order to prevent and combat acts of electric larceny,maintaining the normal order of electricity and improve the power supply department of economic and social benefits,analysis of power consumption information for users and analysis of electricity data has become an effective way to take measures.The project in this thesis comes from a real project in Siemens Corporate Technology,aims to develop a big data platform of smart grid which can be used to collect,analyze and display data.The author is responsible for the design and implementation of the electric larceny prevention and power load system in the project,as well as and part of the original electric power data cleaning work.Various techniques are adopted in the process of implementation,such as EJB framework and RESTful architecture.Data processing is mainly dependent on JSON data analysis.Taking the MVC pattern as reference and using RESTful API for data exchange so that the page display is completely separated from the business logic to reach better maintainability and scalability.The original power data cleaning part is mainly based on some rules to handle the abnormal data of the quantity of electric and power and complete the work of missing data.This part is mainly implementation by MapReduce framework.The author has independently design and implementation of all functional modules of electric larceny prevention and power load system,in the process of realization,each function point was tested.At the same time,the author also responsible for the quantity of electric and power data cleaning work.Currently,the development and testing of the first phase of the two system has been completed.
