Widely used in electric power load control system is an important development trend in power enterprise automation technology, it is the core meaning of the current electric power enterprise production and management. Electric power load control system, is a collection of modern power management, application of computer science, automatic control, information technology and other subjects in one, the realization of a complete system of electric power marketing monitoring, power marketing management, business copy, data acquisition and network connections and other functions. Through understanding of the functions of the power load control system, we can continue to improve, only add, enrich more practical function, in order to make the system more widely and flexibly, and further enhance the utility price in electricity marketing and power demand side management in the system, the control system of electric load shedding control shifted from the past as to the electric energy data acquisition, power monitoring, intelligent monitoring, demand side management of electricity marketing management support functions. This thesis is based on the purchasing module application of existing electric load system, proposes the optimization design, make its function more advantages, more practical.PS4i electric power load control system is a new generation of large electric customer information collection and management system, large customer power management and decision-making level to provide strong technical support for power supply company to increase, and to provide information to support the development of electric power market, power demand side management. The system will be the browser, server, operating system, database management system, application server, the front-end development tools, system software, hardware resource through computer network effectively connected together, to build an integrated, distributed processing, flexible and safe, convenient operating environment for the application system, and provides a powerful technique guarantee for the expansion of the system.This paper is to study the connection of PS4i electric power load control system and SG186electric power marketing application system based on electricity purchasing module interface, implementation of electricity purchase data release key processing, namely read purchase data to electric power load control system in SG186electric power marketing application system, and is controlled by the electric charge system sends the data to the the user terminal. This subject adopts Java platform architecture technology advanced, the N layer B/S architecture. This architecture will browser, server, operating system, database management system, application server, the front-end development tools, system software, hardware resource through computer network effectively connected together, to build an integrated, distributed processing, flexible, convenient operation and safe operation environment for application system, which provides the ability technology for the expansion of the system.
