Sapphire is a unique kind of crystals with excellent optical,physical and chemical properties,which is widely used in many fields,such as science and technology,national defense and civil industry,electronic technology and so on.In recent years,the application of sapphire crystal in the protecting screen of intelligence terminal equipment has been receiving wide attention,the production demand has also been increasing,which brings higher requirements on the way of sapphire crystal's production equipment monitoring.At present,the monitoring method of sapphire crystal production equipment is mainly based on field personnel monitoring,which greatly limits the production automation and production scale.To solve the above problems,a Sapphire Crystal equipment monitoring software based on IOT Android development platform is designed and developed in this paper.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Analysis and understanding for the Android development platform and the Internet of things technology.To monitor the sapphire crystal growth equipment IOT monitoring system requirements,a software requirements analysis is made and a set of overall software design scheme based on Android platform is designed in this paper.2.Using Socket as the software of client-side to make a network communication with the sapphire crystal field of the server,for getting the corresponding feedback after the software sending data query or other requests to the server,and receiving the date which sent by the PC server.3.In view of the function analysis of the Sapphire Crystal equipment software,the software interface based on Android platform to achieve data visualization is designed.Displaying the current real-time data of the crystal parameters like heating power,heating voltage,cooling water temperature,rotation speed,weight and growth rate of crystal and so on,showing the current realtime curve of the key parameters like heating power and the abnormal alarm information in the exceptional cases.4.According to the data storage and management requirements of the software,using the Android system database SQLite to design,to make the parameters data which sending from server side to the client sapphire crystal be processed effectively.5.This paper completes the safety analysis of the Android application,and the testing and analysis of the Sapphire Crystal equipment monitoring software's functions.Sapphire crystal growth equipment monitoring stock software that designed by this paper,after a preliminary test,the functions is in line with the actual needs.It can be more accurate and stable to obtain the real-time curve and real-time data and other functions of the equipment.The design is better in meeting the needs of remote monitoring than others.
