With the development of our country economy,and at the same time led to the development of medical insurance,our country medical insurance business will enter a new stage of development.With the continuous improvement of people's policies,the people's medical needs concentrated,medical service supply disorders,illegal fraud and other abnormal medical phenomenon more and more prominent,resulting in huge loss of medical insurance funds,medical insurance funds constitute a serious threat.With the development of medical insurance,all medical institutions produce large amounts of medical data every day,the data is closely related to people's work,study and life are.And more and more data,can't be reasonably stored,can't be analyzed and explained timely and effective,resulting in waste of data value.In addition,here are many difficulties for artificial model analysis and explains these data,large amount of medical treatment,limited staff,a wide range of data distribution,real-time poor,professional standards difficult to master and other issues.Based on the above background,considering all the above problems,this paper uses the principle of visualizatio,process the large data into graphics or image,display through the LED screen,help users extract effective knowledge from the information in a timely manner,solve the problems of artificial mode,which designed and developed a large-screen health insurance based on real-time monitoring and display system.The system provides real-time monitoring of medical insurance information,the main monitoring information includes the situation of various places insured,reimbursement,health insurance card issuance,hospital,outpatient and pharmacy hospital information,outpatient information,serious illness insurance information,chronic disease information.The system is mainly for each city health insurance department,analyze the information which based on the summary information of the health insurance department,to help each department to keep abreast of the relevant medical information,find illegal data,develop scheduling strategies timely to prevent the occurrence of irregularities,reduce the loss of medical insurance fund.This paper mainly builds a real-time monitoring and display system based on large-screen medical insurance from the aspects of research background,demand analysis,related technology,concept design,system detailed design,system realization and system testing.It provides a variety of chart display,dynamic table display,Offline map display and other custom graphics display,to a variety of medical insurance data indicators for real-time monitoring.Based on the Vaadin framework,this paper develops a variety of graphical display components,utilizes Leaflet technology to develop map monitoring,real-time push technology to real-time data update,using EclipseLink JPA implementation and JPQL query language to operate the database,providing a data unified access interface,Support unified access to heterogeneous databases,use Java technology to develop business logic,in the development process,the use of Maven tools to manage the project.The system mainly uses Oracle database and MongoDB database for data storage.The system uses a high-definition large-screen display,providing a wealth of graphic display form,fully demonstrate the meaning of medical insurance data,and monitor medical insurance information timely and effective.The system has been used in some cities,the user has a good feedback,and achieved good social benefits.
