As the development of computer science and smart health-care technology, there is a trend for patients to enjoy medical care at home. There are many kinds of medical roles and tasks in the Smart Health-care System, the implementation of only authorized user can visit specific system medical information securely is very important. As a result, this thesis focuses on access control, studying about access control models and their implementation algorithms that fit Smart Health-care System.Traditional access control models do not support the classification of medical tasks, and they can not meet the access control requirements about Smart Health-care System. This thesis proposes a proper access control model for the medical health-care environment based on medical tasks, medical task-role based access control (MT-RBAC) model. MT-RBAC implements new functions based on the classification of medical tasks, such as partial access right inheritance and active access control, and it also implements permission supervision through task attributes. This thesis also proposes a modified double key-lock pair access control algorithm for the implementation of MT-RBAC based on single key-lock pair algorithm, which adds binary system, time priority and (?) factor. The algorithm changes the lock flexibly, and it reuses the key. Moreover, it has lower computation complexity, and the possibility of data overflow is low.At last, this thesis implements the proposed access control algorithm in the Smart Health-care System, and it also validates the efficiency of modified algorithm and the effectiveness of MT-RBAC. According to the result of performance analysis, MT-RBAC combines with modified algorithm runs well, meeting the secure access control requirements of Smart Health-care System.
