Under the conditions of market economy, the transportation needs are diversified and more attention is paid to the quality of service. With the promotion of railway11th Five-Year plan, the transport of passenger sub-line progressive implements, the transport capacity will be a large-scale release. The upgrading of the rail freight capacity provides a guarantee to meet the transport needs, also puts forward to higher requirements to freight marketing level and quality of service. Faced with new developments, establishing a freight customer service that could provide a fast and convenient full service and improve work efficiency has important practical and strategic significance. But Shcnshuo railway branch of Shcnhua freight customer service business has remained mostly in paper management stage. With the accumulation and increased freight Customers service business of Shcnshuo Railway Branch of Shenhua. Freight customer service management has become extremely complex, and the lack of efficient management means tends to make freight customer service operations in disarray. A freight customer service system should be established in order to solve the many problems carried out the proeess with the customer service business, meet the urgent needs of the freight customer service business management, and achieve effective management of the business.Freight customer service system of Shenshuo railway branch of Shenhua uses Browser/Server architecture, and the client could operate the business through WEB. This paper mainly describes freight customer service system’s design and implementation process of Shenshuo railway branch of Shenhua. First of all, we described the premise of the development background and development of the company’s freight customer service, understood theoretical basis and practical significance of system development, and introduced system-related research status at home and abroad, introduced this thesis" main objectives and organizational structure and showed a summary description of the paper. Secondly, we carried out a detailed requirements capture and analysis for the freight customer service work. Once more, we carried out a detailed functional design and a detailed analysis of the system database in accordance with the results of needs analysis. Finally, we introduced the system implementation process, described the core code in the implementation process in detail.The system eventually realizes the Shenshuo Railway Branch of Shenhua customer service management function, realizes the functions that includes system settings, transportation demand management, company car management, statistical analysis, peripheral interface in the business development process. At the same time, it can query and analyze historical data in freight customer service operations. In company car management, functions were realized that includes company car reported, the car query and cargo tracking operation. In the statistical analysis, it is possible to make year-on-year demand analysis, business needs cashing, category to the bureau and freight statistical analysis operations. Peripheral interface functions includes information downloads, news alerts, as well as technical support.On the basis of perfect function, system ensures security of the system as far as possible. The operation of the system will greatly improve the efficiency of freight customer service management staff and give great convenience to the management of the company’s business.
