RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)is a wireless communication technology with advantages such as non-contact recognition,quick data extraction,flexible deployment and easy to manage,thus RFID is widely used in the field of Internet of Things.With the rapid development of the Internet,the level of the management of railway informatization is also constantly strengthened,only by introducing new technologies can the railway management become more standardized and efficient.This thesis will mainly integrate the RFID technology into the special parts management system,focusing on the maintenance of various locomotive parts,especially parts storage management and repair entrusted to outsiders,while take the daily requirements of the railway maintenance system into account to provide a special parts management system for the railway application which cover bureau,section and workshop.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.By analyzing the functional requirements and the performance requirements of the system,this thesis makes an overall design.The system is divided into 7 modules such as information management,parts management,overhaul management,quality management,allocate management,system management and system notification.RFID tags are designed to achieve quick recognition.At the same,combined with cost factors special parts are marked with QR code.2.To make the Mybatis framework automatically generate the database tables,this thesis provides an efficient way that takes advantage of java reflection mechanism and the new custom annotations creates a one-to-one correspondence between the database tables and the entities.The implementation of the query interface in common use makes system more intelligent.3.To increase the software's reuse rate,shorten the development cycle and meet the demand of user interface,this thesis analyzes the Extjs framework and the parts of the system to design a plug-in development framework based on the Extjs.The plug-in development framework reduces code redundancy.4.This thesis presents and realizes the module of customizable fields for users.Users can edit the properties of any types of parts without changing the codes.To meet the demand of decreasing manual input operations,a railway parts dictionary isdesigned that can be configured by the users flexibly.This module can deal with the codes which are frequently changed by the changing of the properties of the parts.5.Monitoring the real-time status of the parts,this thesis creates a model for the parts' quality evaluation.6.This thesis makes a system test on functional requirements and the performance requirements and makes sure the response time is acceptable.In conclusion,this thesis designs and develops a special parts management system based on RFID.This thesis optimizes many modules of the system and implements custom function.It is significant to railway's high-efficiency and accuracy.
