Comprehensive Analysis Of The Quality And Risk Of The Packet Transmission Network In A City

Commercial use of 4G network of China has begun in 2013,where the TD-LTE network with China's independent intellectual property rights is used.Strongly supported by the government,the construction of the network was given enough support from the policy and funding.China Mobile's 4G network(TD-LTE)has become China's largest mobile 4G network,depending on fast construction speed,and will become the biggest 4G network with most users on the world.As a link between the wireless network and core equipment and a major means of packet data transmission for long distances,PTN has become a key project of the construction of 4G network.With the development,the mobile communication technology today has been very different from 10 years ago.Previous mobile communication mainly depending on voice services with analog circuit to be the main bearer network;but now,the application of Internet technology in mobile communication network make data transmission to be the main business,and analog circuit network is need to upgrade to support packet data transmission network.Packet Transport Network(PTN)has obvious advantage on simple structure,low cost on network upgrade,has become the main network 4G transport network.This paper takes the development of TD-LTE network of China Mobile as the background,discussed the project quality management and the perspective of risk management of the construction of TD-LTE packet transport network.The quality management planning,quality control and quality problems of PTN construction project are discussed,and the risk factors are analyzed.By using the method of hierarchy structure,the structure of project risk factors is analyzed,the key quality factors are found by sorting the risk factors,and more,risk response measures are developed.Aimed on stable implementation of the PTN construction project,quality and risk management are discussed in the paper.The specific situation of PTN network construction project of the city are introduced,the quality goal of the project is described.The quality planning of the PTN network construction project in this city is carried out,including quality management plan,scope management,project structure,and project quality control etc.,providing support for project quality analysis and quality management.The project process and the quality of the project process are specifically analyzed,and the quality of the project based on the process of factors arefound.The research result of this paper has strong pertinence to the construction of PTN network,and it has certain reference significance to the construction and analysis of similar projects.
