The Design And Implementation Of Chengdu Art Vocational College Teaching Management System

The existing teaching management system of Chengdu Art Vocational College has the problems of low efficiency,less function and backward technology.This paper integrates the existing teaching management system,existing teaching models and student online management,introduces advanced technology and a new TMS system management platform would be designed.Through the platform,can effectively use the teaching resources,student resources,performance resources,teaching materials.Through the combination of system and website promotional data,can also provide fast and accurate data query service for students and teachers.This article researched how to completely protect existing data,how to remove dirty data and how to improve and expand the existing features to make the entire system can be a smooth transition to the new system.Through the friendly interface design,can enable the user quickly be familiar with the new platform,enhance the user experience of overall system.In the system of human-computer interaction and graphical user interface to do exploration and appropriately introduce dynamic data visualization.Firstly,a large number of user research and in-depth system requirements analysis is carried out and the design scheme and goal of the new system is clarified according to the existing teaching management system.Secondly,the five modules of TMS system is identified which contains website publicity management,educational administration,student management,teacher management and system configuration management,the target user objects of this system and the corresponding roles are defined.At the same time,the function of each module is defined,and various use case models are depicted.Third,B/S application architecture model is selected according to the system requirements and objectives.The front-end adopts automated development framework that based on the nodejs and the back-end chooses a solution based on the LNMP technology stack,which solves the problems of the interface inconsistency and the single running environment of the original system,designs a new teaching management system architecture and develops the database structure according to the E-R model of relational database.Finally,the function of each module of the system is coded,the adaptation of the mobile device is realized,and the browsing test under the different user environment is finished.The stable operation of the system provides a strong guarantee for the college daily teaching activities,meets the functional needs of teachers and students,and achieves the system design goals.
