Due to the further development in today's economy,small and medium-sized enterprises are increasing.They have been in the national economy of our country occupies important position is the challenge.As the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises occupy rising,this situation causes the competition between the small and medium-sized enterprises fierce and cruel.In such an environment,small and medium-sized enterprise and its customer relationship is more important in enterprise management status.In the customer product demand degree of similar cases,access to customer loyalty,becomes an important weapons for the enterprise to stand out.With the further popularization of science and technology and information,the Customer Relationship Management and Services(CRMS)has become an inevitable trend for enterprises,the customers' loyalty analysis has more scientific basis.In order to promote the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprise CRMS system design and implementation is bound to become an enduring research subject.This paper analyzes the CRMS system of the traditional structure,development trend and the goal to achieve,describes the characteristic of small and medium-sized enterprise customer relationship and infrastructure.On this basis,for small and medium-sized enterprises facing the particularity of the customer relationship are analyzed.And according to the results of the analysis put forward a result that the traditional customer relationship management system does not have the function that is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises,and step further to propose CRMS system that suits the demand analysis of small and medium-sized enterprise.Then,this paper introduces the data mining theory and customer analysis method,according to the small and medium-sized enterprises need in data analysis,this paper expounds the clustering analysis and fuzzy set algorithms in data mining,data mining method is used to implement the customer data analysis.More,this paper studies the CRMS system model,and through the analysis of its final to achieve the goal,and according to the target puts forward a reasonable CRMS system,and expounds the system technology development framework,and design the system architecture and system security.On the basis of the system overall design and decomposition,this topic research of customer relationship management service system,and discusses the important realization method and processes.Subsequent testing system,meet the needs of system and design requirements.Finally,summarizes the system and to optimize the system in the future to make future.This topic design of small and medium-sized enterprise CRMS system is based on Opentaps,and make the rational use of other applications platform for data into the system,and through the data mining method to complete the multiple analysis of customer data,including the customer life cycle,explore potential customers,and so on.In the realization of the system,emphatically designed system permissions,realized the security system,and applied a variety of technical means in the system,to meet small and medium-sized CRMS system function and performance requirements.
