In today's economic environment of globalization, information, knowledge and networking, The Internet has become an integral part of most people used in lives, study and works, at the same time the internet has the enormous advantage of making a revolutionary change in training methods. Face the speeding up of knowledge, enterprise needs development and success, must rely on the excellent human resources, so how to train talents to become the focus of attention. On one hand, due to the traditional face-to-face training, because of their knowledge is slow, high cost, coverage, bad flexibility, the effect is difficult to trace such shortcomings, it has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise talent and needs of enterprise production. The other hand, due to the rapid development of network information technology and E-learning technology, makes it possible to solve the problem of traditional training. Because of many E-learning advantages: reduce training costs, no limit of space and time, to immediately track the learning, personalized learning, content updates, and high flexibility in a timely manner, concerned by domestic and foreign enterprises, many companies began to implement E-learning and has obtained very good results. At present, in China, which implement E-learning are mostly concentrated in large enterprises, such as banks, insurance, oil, communications and so on, but the implementation model is inappropriate that for small and medium enterprises. So how to successfully implement E-learning in small and medium enterprise, has become the objective of this study. Therefore, this article is based on e-learning implementation and application of the M company, to explore the strategies of small and medium enterprises to implement the e-learning method.This article mainly uses the questionnaires, interviews and other research methods. Firstly, analysis of the present situation of e-learning at home and abroad, and from different ways explained M companys training situation, and problems in the M-company's training, leads to the study of this article. Then based on M company implementation of the e-learning project, analyzes e-learning M company purpose and needs, develop course plans, select courses and platform, application and evaluation of training effect of studying. This paper seeks from both theory and practical to find the right policy of implement e-learning for small and medium enterprises in China.
