Recently, there are a significant development in research of the technology for patients’ health monitoring, the massive cost of medical treatment is the primary driver, it’s not necessary to go to the hospital or clinic for the patients to test body condition. The wireless acquisition system of health information can meet the needs of patients anytime and anywhere. This thesis designs and implements the development of the wireless acquisition system of heath information based on Android, which can monitor patients’ heart rate real-time by the mobile terminal. In order to response to the call of energy conservation and emissions reduction, the system adopts the self-power and low energy wireless transmission mode.This thesis first introduces the information acquisition module, selects the micro pressure sensor to pulse, the sensor uses piezoelectric composites as exchanged element, signal is passed to the exchanged element to become a charge components through the special matching layer, and makes the perception signal through magnifying circuit, filter circuit and compare circuit output pulse voltage signal. Human movement mechanical energy is acquired and converted into electricity, as the power of the signal acquisition module and the Bluetooth module of this system.Secondly, this thesis analyzes the data transmission protocol of the wireless network, including ZigBee, IEEE802.11 b and Bluetooth etc, and introduces the Bluetooth 4.0’s of its many characteristics, such as high reliability, low power consumption and quick start. This thesis analyses the content of Bluetooth 4.0 protocol stack, understands the running mechanism of OSAL, studies the Bluetooth 4.0BLE wireless data transmission, as well as the wireless packet capture. The captured packets are combined to the process of establishing a connection between devices and basic process of data transmission to carry on the deep analysis.Finally, this thesis develops the APP which has a function of Bluetooth. The APP can realize searching Bluetooth application, connecting Bluetooth application, receiving and sending data. Thesis designs the APP UI, which includes personal information interface, the heart rate measurement interface and historical records interface, etc. The square ware signal from signal acquisition module is processed by Bluetooth module, Finally the test result displays on the android mobile terminal via Bluetooth wireless transmission.
