In recent years,demand of building energy consumption in China continues to grow,and the demand for energy consumption monitoring and control is increasing no matter large industrial park or small buildings.Realty management agency usually just has a rough monitoring on general energy consumption.However,it is very difficult for monitoring staffs to grasp the energy line in detail which will lead to failure of finding the fault point in time when malfunction occurs and will be bound to affect the normal production and life.In this paper,power consumption collection and control platform(hereinafter referred to as the platform)is designed and achieved to obtain the function of accurate positioning with the combination of the power consumption,the line fault and the real three-dimensional image.By increasing the sampling frequency of electrical energy consumption data,the use of electric energy is evaluated and predicted at first moment.We define the critical node as the data acquisition source.A large number of dispersive data acquisition sources form topological structure via RS485 bus.Finally,the data is sent to the platform server by GPRS wireless communication.On the other hand,we use the database to correspond and associate the data obtained,three dimensional models of real estate group and actual line to achieve the purpose that real-time data of power consumption can be searched in the platform software page according to the real model.In aspect of three-dimensional model of building energy consumption combing dynamic data display,we choose BIM(building information modeling)technology to build three-dimensional model.Model lightweight technical route is based on HTML/WebGL technology and the final presentation is a web page that can manipulate three-dimensional models.Three-dimensional model of the building and real-time data of its corresponding power consumption achieve data association with the database as a medium to achieve relational thought of data and three-dimensional model of a one-to-one binding.The main work of this paper is to design and implement a complete energy consumption monitoring platform.My main contents of the platform construction process are as follows:1.According to the actual environment,chose and installed the collector and communication equipment;2.Established BIM three-dimensional model of building group and transmission node in monitor area,completed lightweight web display,defined API interface function,and had abutment service background of Platform;3.Designed and built a relational database;4.Based on B/S model,Oracle Database was chosen as the foundation,and I used Java programming language to achieve each functional requirements of the platform;This paper describes the implementation process of the platform in detail,and there is a brief overview of the selection of data acquisition equipment of electric energy consumption,the choice of data communication mode and the debugging of hardware equipment.The key content is the precise positioning visualization function of BIM model and the collection equipment data linkage,the design of BIM information base and platform database and design of each platform function.
