Design And Implementation Of Some Superior Software Modules For Electric Energy And Quantity Computation And Management System

This paper mainly discusses the software design and implementation of the electric energy and quantity Computation and Management System and the method of managing and operating ammeter information and ammeter data by way of using computer techniques. As far as Data Collection Module concerned,we use Borland JBuilder 2006 Enterprise and SQL Server 2000 database techniques,according to the protocols of both communication sides,creating the paths between the server and the intellective data gateways,communicating with intellective data gateways by means of the multithread mechanism,storing the data from the gateways into database. As far as Web Design Module concerned, we use Microsoft Visual studio .NET 2003 and SQL Server 2000 database techniques, mainly maintaining user and ammeter information, querying ammeter information and ammeter data, generating reports, comparing and analyzing the electric quantity of the different departments, querying and maintaining the transaction logs.The design has friendly interface, and it can be operated and processed simply and conveniently.
