As the development of Big Data technology we can get the information of human traffic,business area,the number of competing products and improve the situation of information asymmetry.The empirical analysis and statistical modeling of customer behavior can contribute to site selection maker mining the largest user group by the support of massive data.What's more,the model characteristic of group behavior can be used as the macro behavior of bank branches customers' financial behavior,the introduction of this index can further optimize the work of site selection.Around this issue,take specific bank branches data as instance,building corresponding model to analyze the experience,and do some adjustment and optimization.Using four-layer structure design the site selection platform,details are as follows:1.The proposed model was based on group behavior characteristic of bank branches site location model,the model is divided into bank branches location model and ATM location model.Model take the community as the object of study,combine with the bank branches operation data,model characteristic of group behavior and the correlation analysis of community basic properties to finish the feature selection.And construct an evaluative criteria of the model based on DEA(Data envelope analysis)which is an universal efficiency evaluation criteria in financial industry.2.Proposed a designation of bank branches site location based on model characteristic of group behavior for the demand in field of site location.The platform mainly contain the module of community property data acquisition,module of bank branches operation data,module of site location algorithm and module of visualization.The designation finishes the application of the site location model and plays a catalytic role for subsequent development.3.Verify the model's feasibility,take the TRC's 437 bank branches and 331 ATM's operation data as a basis,and the population,traffic,economy and group behavior in every community as mode feature data to complete the practical application of the model in this paper.Then compare and analyze the location result of the model,and put forward some suggestions for improvement.This article is for the field of site location,abstract the data dimensions required by site location.Take community as the research object,start from correlation analysis and introduce the model characteristic of group behavior in the procession of site selection decision making.At the same time,broaden the data dimension of site selection and realize the update according to the demand.Design a location platform for the pattern feature of group behavior,meet the demand of model's iteration and improve the generality of the model.
