Design And Development Of Enterprise ERP System

Nowadays,under the promotion of national state’s vigorously developing the informatization,the national state and different social levels take full advantage of information technology,information resource,information exchange and knowledge sharing which could enhance the quality of the development of the national state and promote the transition of the development of the social economy.At the same time,information technology,information resource,information exchange and knowledge sharing have the effect of being the common use of technology and play important roles in the different parts in the enterprise—the national economic lifeline.The enterprise informatization which is combined by the enterprise and informatization play an important role in the national economy,government departments,and different social levels.The enterprise informatization is one of the important part of national informatization strategy.This paper mainly talks about how to design an ERP information management system which combines both applicability and economical efficiency according to the specialty of middle and small-sized manufacturing enterprises and classical EPR system which constantly improve the core competition of facing complicated market.The EPR information system focusing on middle and small-sized manufacturing enterprises which is designed by this paper include eight modules: including basic management module,purchasing management module,sales management module,warehouse management module,production management module,customer management module,financial management module,system management module.basic management module,including the management of types and files,clearing accounts,bill of materials,and the function of the initial inventory.purchasing management module,including purchase plans,purchased orders,and bills for purchased orderssales management module,including sales plans,saled orders,and bills for saled orderswarehouse management module,including requisitions,material return,loss list,inventory,inventoryproduction management module,including production planning,production orders,production and processing,production and storagecustomer management module,including customer process,basic classification,type analysisfinancial management module,including bank access,purchase cost,sales costsystem management module,including operator management,password modification,operation authority.The system designed by this paper is based on C/S framework,using SQL server database.Programming language is using C#.First it is need to analyze the demand of the manufacturing enterprises,then tease the current function and specialty of classical EPR system.In this way,information become changeable in different departments of the enterprise,at the same time,it also saves human resources,material resources and financial resources which become the key element of the middle and small-sized manufacturing enterprises which further improve the core competition of facing complicated market.
