In an increasingly competitive market today, along with the rapid development of computer technology, Internet technology and Internet of things technology, informatization has becoming the contemporary methods for the enterprises to reduce costs, improve the economic returns and gain an economical advantage, especially in the manufacturing industry which occupies an important place in the national economy in our country.With the widly used of information technology and the Internet technology which represented by the Internet of things, All kinds of enterprises,regardless of location, industry and scale, are on the way of informatization of trial and error, pursuing for a place in the national economy and advancing towards modernization and automation of direction.With the application of Internet of things technology is becoming more and more mature,it will be a good methed to solve the problem of information technology if we introduce it to the drive axle housing production workshop site. It can achieve the axle production manufacturing workshop process data real-time acquisition by using the networking perception layer technology includes various types of sensors.Then,followed by the Zig Bee technology network layer data transmission to the computing center. Thus, we can effectively complete the workshop environment and manufacturing data collection, and there is no need to produce the manual operation of workers and management personnel.Extrusion production line data acquisition system device of this article is a response to networking technology in the industry, the overall driving bridge shell extrusion production line as the research object, and combined with the key technologies of networking of wireless network and sensor and Zig Bee, produced in workshop automation on the basis, the design andimplementation of the based on the Internet of things, the key to the terminal equipment selection, the design of hardware circuit and the software acquisition.The Zig Bee technology of this system has used star network structure. First of all, on the extrusion production line of data types do specific analysis, and three important parameters of temperature, displacement and pressure respectively, to determine the types of sensors:professional UNI-TUT 305 C youlide infrared temperature measurement instrument, M402659 inductosyn digital display meter and PTD 702 super high pressure transmitter. The hardware design mainly take the modular way, using a set of micro processing and radio frequency to one of mc13224 chip respectively, and from the Zig Bee communication module, data acquisition module and other function modules were hardware design. Software part of the design from the implementation of the Zig Bee protocol stack and data acquisition module coordinator, router and terminal node in the three part of a detailed exposition. In the end, the test of Zig Bee wireless communication and data acquisition is carried out in the production workshop, and the feasibility and stability of the data acquisition system based on the Internet of things are finally verified.This set of system simulation for extrusion of key parameters in the production process,namely temperature, displacement, pressure of real-time acquisition, and has stable and reliable data transmission, low power consumption, flexible networking, low cost, only used for signal acquisition sensor replacement can be applied to the actual machining process, for the automated production of information provides a realistic basis reference.
