In recent years, with the rapid development of the automobile industry, the demand for the pulley is increasing rapidly. At the same time, the automobile manufacturers have a high demand for qualified rate,which requires strict measurement of the pulley.But now the manufacturer still measure the pulley with the help of universal measuring tools, which leads to low efficiency and large measurement deviation. Thus, it is very important to research a high-precision automatic testing equipment to replace the manual measurement.According to the actual needs of the enterprise and after the study of general measuring method, a pulley measuring system is proposed in this paper. In this system,the STM32 as the core of the lower computer system achieve data acquisition tasks, the host computer using Lab VIEW platform to develope the data analysis and user interface program. The system uses the method of comparative measurement to compare the measured value with the standard parts to judge whether the workpiece is qualified.According to the measuring principle, the mechanical structure is designed, and the hardware circuit is designed according to the required function, including USB communication circuit, data acquisition circuit, motor drive circuit, etc. The software mainly studies the functions of data acquisition, USB transmission the data analysis and user interface. Algorithm of each parameter is also presented. Finally, the system is debugged and the function is verified.The tests show that the system is stable, good repeatability, no manual intervention,and high efficiency.
