This paper is based on the needs of chemical machinery and equip ment and develop ment,itsmain study direction is developing a comprehensive monitor and measure system that gathers and deals with analog signals as a center of computer.The upper location machine, personal-computer is widely used,and the lower location machine is a data-gathering instrument as the core of SCM,they communicate through certain communication protocol, this system mainly depends on the design of the lower location machine,data-gathering instrument.This data-measuring instrument can replace with some import instrument,Used in some chemical mechanical equip ment monitoring and control field to the changing parameters,such as the cooler,heat exchanger etc.. Cooler water pipe internal pressure monitoring control and cooler temper ature monitoring and control and monitoring the material level control,has very high practical value.The development of this comprehensive data-gathering and data-managing system goes through several steps below:One step first,he summarizes some basic software and hardware knowledge and essential background knowledge that helps us understand this embedded system.At the same time, he makes simple introduction to the creation and applied foreground of this system,the point is the total frame of this system and the basic function actualized.The second step,he mainly introduces the measuring principle,main function,the hardware structure...etc.of the lower location machine,data-measuring instrument,andexplains the superiority of that thelower location machine,data-measuring instrument adoption dual-core,and also elaborates the technique target of this instrument.The third step,he makes a detailed modularization introduction to the development of software of the data-gathering instrument,data-measuring instrument,at the same time,he detailedly introduces the drivers of the SD card that used by this system to save data and the design of file system.The fourth step,he mainly introduces the design of the upper location machine’s communication software that faces to the lower location machine communication.A great characteristic of this system is an personal-computer can address many data-gathering instrument,carrying out multi-spot and real time monitor. At the end of this thesis he introduces the system’s anti-jamming and fault-tolerating technique and this system’s problem and shortage in brief.
