With the rapid development of the high-speed railway in our country, when High-speed trains through the tunnel, it causes aerodynamics effect, which have adverse effects on train's safety, passenger's comfort and the tunnel environment. Therefore, it is necessary to research high-speed train aerodynamics. In order to have test on high-speed train aerodynamics, we would like to Design a portable, stable and low-power data acquisition and wireless monitoring system.The thesis mainly achieves the design of data acquisition system, including Sensor selection, the design of programmable signal conditioning board and acquisition board, PC software programming. We ofen use computer and AD board to achieve the function of data acquisition and display, but that is not portable and high cost, and the anti-jamming capability is not very well. So the thesis uses ST's STM32 microprocessor based on ARM Cortex-M3 core as the main chip to build the entire system.The thesis applies STM32 to system to acquire and condition Pressure signal, the main works are described in details as follows:1. Understand the present condition of high-speed railway aerodynamics and data acquisition technology, according to the testing requirement, select the appropriate data acquisition system.2. Design programmable signal conditioning board and software programs for Pressure sensor, to control and condition pressure signal.3. Design main chip circuit and related peripheral circuit for acquisition board, develop software programms to achieve the functions such as data acquisition, NAND preservation, SD card fat32 file system, and USB mass storage.4. Develop Delphi programs on PC to communicate with RS232 serial port and Unpack files.5. Achieve the installation and commissioning of the entire system, and deal with the problems found in the process. In the end, the future work and the content needed to be improved are described.
