Design Of Date Acquisition System For Vibrating Wire Sensor Based On STM32 Of Master Thesis

In the era of the rapid development of modern science and technology,artificial operation will become increasingly unable to meet the actual demand of our engineering,so equipment is developed more and more rapidly,and gradually began to in engineering and production instead of manual work.In many large projects,such as coal mine,oil,dams,bridges,shipbuilding and aerospace fields,such as a series of production and living activities,related to pressure,pulling force,penetration,settlement and other parameters measurement and detection.The vibrating wire sensor has the advantages of simple structure,strong durability,strong anti-interference ability,reliable measurement value,high precision and high resolution and good stability,and is widely used in industrial engineering and construction engineering.Because of the wide application of vibrating wire sensor,the data collection is very important.This article is the design of a new type of data acquisition system based on vibrating wire sensor STM32 chip.This paper mainly introduces the basic structure of the vibrating wire sensor data acquisition system,which is divided into two parts,hardware and software.The hardware part is the sensor working circuit and sensor signal processing circuit,the software includes the system PWM wave transmission and PWM wave input capture important part,as well as the clock,storage and other auxiliary functions of the software.In this paper,we also give the simulation results of the system hardware circuit with Multisim software,and the function of the analog circuit.In this paper,the PWM wave is transmitted to the vibrating wire sensor through the software control STM32 chip,and the output information of the sensor is captured through the input capture,and the output information of the sensor is displayed directly through the host computer.The whole system monitoring is convenient,easy to operate,and as much as possible to reduce the size of the system,easy to install,very suitable for use in the project.
