The Interaction Design And Research On The User Experience Of Utility Maintenance APP

In recent years,the smart phone technology has matured gradually while its mobile application software(APP)emerged.With simple and convenient operation and interaction,it plays an important role in people's life.With the rapid development of mobile Internet,this paper finds field of research in the 020(Online to Offline),which is a mode to connect offline market with online service.020 provides community users with services such as home service in both convenient and efficient manner.At the same time,many talented developers whom were attracted to simply replicating the existing APPs,which resulted in a large number low quality APPs go to the market,which disturbs the genuine purpose of 020.This happening is in the way of the effort in improvement of user's APP experience.At the time of experience economy,user's selection of an APP is not simply determined only by its' function,but also the perspective of the user experience along with emotional appeal.So the key to win in competitive market exists is to focus on the user experience which related to interaction design.Under the background of 020,This paper explore the vertical field of property,especially the combination possibility of warm water,electricity and heat maintenance with community 020,and find out the platform mode connection with coorperate business partner is a good way to use high frequent business demand drive lower frequent property services,which is conducive to enhance user paste.This paper use the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to understand the user,and the users' requirements on function and experience in the use of similar products.Through the way of task analysis,the author comb the product operation process and information architecture,and output the model and prototype design which accord with the user experience.Finally,the author finish the usability testing by invite users experience the low fidelity prototyping,in order to complete the improvement design better,and enhance the user experience.
