With the concept of "Internet+",the home furnishing industry has undergone various changes,especially the home maintenance services.On the one hand,the companies want to optimaize the process and collect the data in this sector.On the other hand,the companies show needs for data analysis and decision-making.After in-depth research with one of the domestic large-scale home furnishing service providers and analysis of the domestic and foreign status in the home maintenance services,there are still a large number of manual handling methods and tedious procedures at this stage,and it is urgent to realize informationization and data storage.Therefore,according to the actual needs of the enterprise,it is of great practical significance to carry out the construction of the information system for the home maintenance service.Based on the above status and analysis of the home maintenance services,this paper focuses on the following research content.Considering the current domestic and international researches,this paper does an in-depth research on the existing problems of the home maintenance services sector and makes a detailed analysis for the informationization of the sector.This paper investigates the technical implementation plan of domestic home maintenance service system,and then conducts technical selection and overall design of Home Maintenance Service System(HMSS),including architecture design,process design and function design.Futher,this paper divides the system into two subsystems,Maintenance Appointment Subsystem(MAS)and Management Subsystem(MS),according to the differernt users,but fully considers the interation of the process and data flow in the two subsystems.At the same time,this paper proposes the detailed architecture design,process design and data structure design of the two subsystems.This paper surveys the web front-end applications,also explores and designs a security solution for Home Maintenance Service System as an enterprise application.In particular,this paper establishes a smart recommendation model for the booklist managerment sector in the Management Subs,ystem.This paper specifically implements Home Maintenance Service System,both of Maintenance Appointment Subsystem and Management Subsystem,including the Wechat Number Application,the web pages and the server application.Maintenance Appointment Subsystem is divided into eight categories based on basic functions and third-party websites.Management Subsystem implements the three major modules of login,booklist management and user management.Futher,this part of the paper also focuses on the implementation.of the system security scheme and the smart recommendation model.This paper does functional testing and performance testing of Home Maintenance Service System to ensure the correct implementation of the various functional modules and meet the requirements of the enterprise application on the user experience.Home Maintenance Service System designed and implemented in this paper has been in operation for more than three months in the enterprise's pilot test.The availability and stability of the system have been well verified and continuously improved in practical applications.
