Along with the strategy of The Belt and Road put forward in our country,the development of maritime trade in the future will be faster.Therefore we need to improve the maritime public safety facilities,improve the quality of maritime wireless communications.The study of the transmission loss of radio waves at sea provides a perfect solution for better planning of base station distribution,and is one of the main methods to improve the quality of wireless communication at sea.Purely on the wireless communication algorithm research,it's practical value is relatively low.Electromagnetic simulation software imported from abroad,although the function is relatively perfect,but poor maintainability Therefore,it is necessary to develop simulation software for electromagnetic filed strength prediction which is suitable for domestic needs.In this paper,the empirical model of radio wave transmission loss at sea(mainly by carrier frequency,antenna height,communication link distance and other parameters)is studied.And then we use BP(Back Propagation)network and GRNN(Generalized Regression Neural Network)for marine radio waves propagation loss prediction research.The results show that the average error,standard deviation and root mean square error of GRNN network are 0.98dB,0.16dB and 0.86dB lower than that of BP network when the carrier frequency is 1OOMHz;600MHz,the results were lower 0.28dB and 0.05dB and 0.27dB;2000MHz,the results were lower 1.05dB and 0.13dB and 0.9dB.Meantime,we use model of BP and GRNN comparing with Longley-Rice model,Egli model and Okumura-Hata model respectively.The experimental results show that the method is not only highly feasible,but has high precision.Secondly,the GMAP.NET module is used to develop the electronic map.The simulation software of wireless communication transmission loss prediction and field strength coverage prediction is designed and implemented with free space model,Longley-Rice model,Egli model and Okumura-Hata model.Using the measured data from reference,we test transportation loss predict function of the simulation software.At the point where north latitude 39.604214 and east longitude 116.277316,we set a antenna to test electronic coverage and transportation loss coverage function of the software and use the result compare with the WRAP software.Finally,we affirm the software is not only accuracy but also authenticity.The development method of simulation software in this paper has certain guiding significance and reference value for the development of domestic electromagnetic simulation software.
