Heilongjiang province centralized accelerating seed germination method, using water as a heat conduction medium for storing heat, through the water temperature control standardize seed soaking, chest, sprouting operations. The key technology of the implementation of centralized accelerating seed germination method is to seed soaking water temperature monitoring and control. Seed soaking temperature is too high will appear burn bud phenomenon, too low and can't fully activate the enzyme and the growth of rice in rice sprout slow and weak seedling plants. The monitoring and control of the temperature mainly for the emergence of box. Changes of the temperature in the cabinet is associated with the temperature of injection of hot water, and kind of box structure and kind of box outside air temperature, the temperature in the cabinet is the result of joint action by multiple factors. Sensor optimal allocation method of the reasonable use, can use a small amount of sensor data said the distribution of temperature field in the state,provide a basis for judgment in litre cooling control, realize accurate temperature monitoring and control of the accelerating seed germination, this also is the development direction of modern rice seedlings.The main contents of this paper include the following four parts:1. Learning and describes the structure of seed soaking and pregermination technology and the use of seed soaking and pregermination set device to work principle. Provide the physical and mathematical model for the temperature sensor to optimize the allocation of seed permination.2. Learning and constructing the theoretical knowledge system which is needed to optimize the configuration of the temperature sensor, which provides the theoretical support for the optimization of the configuration. The related theory of optimal allocation is the core idea of the algorithm design. And it is the guide of the program desing.3. The physical and mathematical model of numerical simulation was established by ANSYS CFD 14.0 in seed box. Numerical simulation of a different horizontal spacing pattern,under the condition of high inflow discharge pattern, and accelerating seed germination in the distribution of temperature field. Temperature field distribution is the guidance on the basis of visual sensor optimization is also the theoretical value of access to each point temperature,help to increase the stationing position sensor, optimizing the allocation of the whole process of optimal sensor.4. Gradually accumulation method was designed and implemented the temperature sensor optimization configuration and structure of double coding genetic algorithm optimization configuration of temperature sensor, and based on the analysis of the sensor optimal allocation.According to heilongjiang province to build three branch seed sprouting center practical requirements, design a kind of the optimal allocation of the six temperature sensors in the oven.
