The Research On Improvement And Implementation Of Competitive Intelligence System For QG Company

Competitive intelligence system is the central intelligence agency of enterprise,playing an important role in early warning,decision support in the enterprise,which can help the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage of sustainable development.With the new normal speed development of Chinese economy and China's iron and steel industry,the homogenization of competition intensifies day by day.More and more enterprises begin to build their own competitive intelligence system,in order to cope with the challenges of survival and development.With the development of big data,Internet of things,mobile terminal and other new information network technology platforms,enterprise competitive intelligence activities are being deepening gradually.Therefore,it has very important practical significance to improve the original competitive intelligence system with new thinking,new technology.The thesis studied the improvements scheme on QG competitive intelligence system and implementation measures,and mainly completed following several aspects research work:(1)Analyzed the running situation of the competitive intelligence system of QG Company.First of all,introduced the current development of QG company from the general situation,the main business of the company,the market environment and the development strategy and other aspects,and analyzed the background of the construction and operation of competitive intelligence system of QG company;Then pointed out the main problems existing in the current competitive intelligence system,based on the main function and development,competitive intelligence system of QG company application present situation analysis,which provided the basis for the follow-up program of system improvement.(2)Put forward the improvement scheme of competitive intelligence system of QG Company.Put forward the general framework of improvements and new features of QG competitive intelligence system,based on clearing the basic principles and the overall goals for improvement of competitive intelligence system of QG Company;Then the key technologies related to the improvement of the system were given,and analyzed the specific application scenario of three key technologies.(3)Given the implementing measures of competitive intelligence system improvement.Under the guidelines of "personnel organization capable,efficient division of labor collaboration" clearly,the thesis put forward the organizational structure,staffing,schedule,financial security,outsourcing mode choosing and performance evaluation for the system improvement to ensure the smooth implementation of the improved system.At the end,the thesis summarized the main conclusions,limitations and gave an expectation on the future work.
