Sales process management is a process of a network equipment supplier approval for sales opportunities information.Through the integration of all types of sales opportunities in the approval process,the sales representative establishes different types of sales opportunities,and then by the various sales staff approval in accordance with the corresponding process for approval,until the completion of the last order.It gets rid of the limitation of current process control system which only meets part of the market demand,and truly realizes the full coverage of all sales type.The system access record customer information management,sales opportunity information and experience center,which coordinated various business sectors of the sales process,also facilitate the process of examination and approval,improve the management level,and optimize the allocation of resources.This paper discusses in detail the system from requirement analysis,system design,system realization and system test.Introduction describes the project background,purpose and significance of content.The technical part of the introduction,mainly expounds some key technology used by of the system.In demand analysis it describes the needs of customers,in which the classification of sales opportunities is the most important.The named account and the non-named account are divided by account types,the standard discount and the special discount by discount types.The examination and approval are involved the new opportunity,special discount and the order.Using the different use case diagram it describes the different modules of the use case diagram,finally determined the various modules of the system function,comprising a workbench module,account management module,sales opportunity management module and demo center management module.The system design stage,first describes the overall framework of the system,then analyzed and designed by using the class diagram,sequence diagram of each module of the system is deeper,finally completed the design of the database table.System implementation section is analyzed through the realization of the page and some important code combination system.System testing the final chapter,which describes the system test method,test cases and test results.The implementation of the Sales Process Management System in this paper satisfied account's requirement and help account to finish the sales process and have a better quality.
