Along with the networking and globalization of the quick economy development,banks are now facing competitions not only with the industry but also with large financial institutions offshore.To hold a dominant position in such a highly competitive situation,one need to evolve its business management.With an extremely high-speed economy development in our country,the domestic constructions on finance keep completing,especially in the stage which an entire construction of well-off life for people and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics is well needed,the structure of financial system and environment is now presenting a diverse pattern,which mainly behave in diversifications in forms of economical industry,in financial management and in the manifestation of organization and structures.Bank account for institutions are supporters for all the economic manifestation mentioned above,and also capital management for diverse financial institutions.The situation of high-speed economic development in our country will have a massive impact on account management in banking,but meanwhile,it is also some kind of opportunity.Works completed in this project includes:1.Researches focused on popular data base.A choice of database which meets the requirements of our bank settlement account management system(developed in this article)is also given,Learning of necessary programming skills,such as NET programming,MVC programming mode and CSS language,which lay a firm foundation for the development to be done.2.Discussion and reorganization of requirements before an analysis of requirements both functional and non-functional,which may be more targeted and solve problems met in practical situation.And all these forms a solution for demands finally.3.Design of overall framework for management system of institutions' bank settlement accounts,UML graph of every function module,concept design and logical design of database.Development of the management system of institutions' bank settlement accounts proposed in this article,which is based on necessary system requirement analysis and relative rules and procedures of setting-up bank settlement accounts in our country.The development is done by programming using NET language combined with MVC 3-layer design mode.4?Performance and function test of system,which verified the reliability of the system.Examples in the purpose of system completion testing are also designed,and the performance design is done by automatic testing tool,LoadRunner9.1.By applying the system to practical work,firstly the ability of estimating high risk clients is efficiently enhanced,which significantly lower the possibility of loss for the bank;then using the system instead of manual work to set up accounts and commitment investigation will massively improve the efficiency of work;and its characters of easy operation,high reliability,high capability,good confidentiality,long life and low cost,will spare tremendous human resource from the heavy manual work,for more creative works.
