At present,the domestic television channel positioning in the media,the television channel is essential settings.Television channels and more content is added to the outsourcing of entertainment television drama based.As the media market in new media networks,such as mobile phones and mobile TV market share gradually expanding,provincial television channel by a certain degree of impact and development pressures.In this paper,Heilongjiang TV channel for the study,the first history of the development of Heilongjiang Heilongjiang TV and movie channels were reviewed and combed.Through the study found,Heilongjiang TV "TV channel" is now facing channel positioning is not accurate,lack of innovation,lack of professionals and movies such as integrated single market issues.Secondly,Heilongjiang TV channels placed in the context of the national television channels,through the operation and management of domestic television channels other provincial comparative study of their own analysis and homogenization channels,summarize its operations and management in the gains and losses,the psychological needs of the audience for each stage of the analysis of the psychological characteristics of its audience,providing suggestions and strategies for further development of television channels.Finally,two aspects from the audience and television program itself analyzes the factors affecting the audience viewing behavior,and the analysis results into television programming system to be applied,the corresponding arrangement proposed measures to achieve scientific and television programming,and rationalization process so that the broadcast audience viewing options to maximize compliance with the law.Enhance the market competitiveness of channels,to deal with increasingly fierce competition in the market to provide an effective strategy.
