Electric power is the lifeblood of the national economy.China is a large country.Thermal power is the main form of power generation in china.Thermal power generation is mainly through coal to achieve power generation.Coal-fired power generation will produce a lot of dust.The ash powder directly discharged into the air will cause air pollution,so the proper handling of the power generated by the dust is an important power plant.At present,the main form of ash powder is through the pneumatic conveying system.Therefore,the research of the application of PLC technology in the pneumatic ash conveying system is carried out in this paper.The design and the realization process of the pneumatic conveying system is researched.In this paper,the PLC control system of a power plant with 3*670t/h boiler is studied.Firstly,the control of compressed air in pneumatic conveying system is studied,and the modeling and Simulation of gas source control system is accomplished.Secondly,the process of pneumatic conveying system is analyzed,and the overall design of the pneumatic conveying system is carried out,and the air station system,the air station system,the belt conveyor system and the air blower system are designed.Then according to the process requirements,the system's I/O allocation and memory capacity calculation are completed.And thenthe selection of PLC,and the material level meter,pressure,flow sensor and frequency converter selection are completed.Then the software part of the system is designed according to the requirements of the process.The process flow of the system is designed,and the program design of PLC is given,and the system configuration is completed by iFIX software.The results show that the design of the pneumatic conveying system is able to carry out the functions of the set.The research and design of this paper have some reference value for the development of the related pneumatic conveying system.
