With the development of economy, pneumatic conveying system is put into use widely in the industry of rubber, metallurgy, power, chemistry and food. It has following advantages: Material conveyed through pipe is not influenced by weather. No pollution to environment. Material can be conveyed vertically. The pneumatic conveying system we discussed is mainly used for conveying carbon black in rubber and tire industry. We apply two level computer control scheme to the structure of pneumatic conveying control system. The users have more requests to conveying quality and efficiency. So it becomes necessary to control the air pressure and flow system and the terminal pressure system.First of all, we give a summarize of pneumatic conveying technology, introduce development history and assortment of pneumatic conveying, elaborate two pipe dense phase pneumatic conveying technology and its key components in rubber and tire industry.Secondly, we introduce design scheme of pneumatic conveying control system. According the principle of relative independent and open system, we design two level computer control scheme. The control system includes management level and control level. The management level and control level exchange data through communication. In addition, the management level can be linked to enterprise LAN.Thirdly, we elaborate realize of two level computer control system. The control level what is made up of PLC is core of the whole control system, and control the function of whole system. The management level what is made up of PC can be linked to Siemens S7 300/400 PLC, and manage production data through management system software.Finally, we present a new control scheme of air pressure and flow and build PID decoupling control arithmetic based DRNN of air control system. Because of the nonlinear and uncertainty, we adopt NN identification and realize PID parameter online regulating. We also present a control system of terminal pressure system and build mathematic model. Because the system parameter change with time, we give a PID control arithmetic based BP and simulate by MATLAB.The development and application of this system have increased production...
