The pulse pneumatic conveying system has been a important transporting method for grain material,because of lower velocity,higher ratio of blend and a littler gas,as well as shattering less materiel,abrasing pipeline and easy recovery. But There has been not correspondingly control system for it by far .Ln this thesis a pulse nitrogenous conveying control system based on PROFIBUS is designed and achieved on the thinking of modularizing the pulse nitrogenous conveying system,which can be used for different the pulse nitrogenous conveying system and added new control cells.The thesis reviewed systematically the pulse nitrogenous conveying system in practical,and makes the understanding that the system is composed of standard gas storage cell,conveying equipment cell and target container ceIl.Then a common modularized control system project is designed and achieved by structurized programming orienting process,which consists of four control models,respectively for gas storage cell,for conveying equipment cell and for target container cell. The way to control some equipment cells different from standard by the standard control cell is introduced.As a practical,the pulse nitrogenous conveying control system in Yueyang chemistry factory is achieved by configing and assembling the four standard control model cells and extending a new control station for packing contailer.For its characteristic of centralized supervision,real distributed control and the high ratio of capability to cost,the control system is high praised.It is the four standard equipment cells and the method of program that The modularized control system project can be used for the different pulse nitrogenous conveying system and added a new control cell.The example of the pulse nitrogenous conveying control system in Yueyang chemistry factory in which there are the same cells as and different cells from the standard equipment cells show that the goal of the project is obtained.The thinking for the aplication research can be used for others.After probing into the application of fieldbus in this thesis,we can sequelly design not only the other control system but also intelligent instrument used for Fieldbus.
