With the rapid development of the logistics industry,the traditional transmission line system is changing towards automation,digitization and distribution.At present,in the design and development of the roller conveyor system,the topological layout relies on manual drawing of CAD and the control depends entirely on PLC;In the face of large scale transmission lines,there are problems such as cumbersome design,complex logic and inconvenient modification.Therefore,a design and monitoring system for modular configurable transmission line is developed in this paper,in order to improve the efficiency of roller conveyor line design and development,reduce the difficulty of control.And providing a 3D visualization design and monitoring platform.The main contents of the study are as follows:Based on the characteristic analysis and parameter extraction of the conveyer and other equipments which constitute the conveying line system,the digitized and geometric simulation model of the roller conveying line is established.The topological layout design of roller conveyor line is studied from three aspects: outline design,layout design and detailed design.For layout design,an improved A * algorithm is proposed to solve the path planning problem of any two characteristic control points in a plane.The distributed control scheme of transmission line based on CAN bus is researched and developed.The communication protocols of transport layer and application layer are designed.According to the resource mapping of entity controller,the virtual controller model is established,and the function modules of connection configuration,soft PLC programming,target code generation and simulation operation are developed.Therefore,the design and verification of control program for transmission line are realized.In order to realize the interactive function of 3D visualization in the design and monitoring of transmission line system,the application characteristics of Winform and Unity 3D are compared and studied.The application characteristics of Winform and Unity 3D are compared and studied,and a functional interface combining the advantages of the two is designed.The virtual simulation environment based on Unity 3D engine is built,and the function modules such as scene roaming,mouse click and frame selection,interference check are developed.Finally,combined with an example,the design and construction of the roller conveyor line were completed.The function and practicability of the system were tested and verified.The feasibility of the system was verified.Fast and efficient design of drum conveyor line can be completed.Significantly reduce the difficulty of monitoring.
